Terms Of Sale

How to make Payments?

Funds Transfer / Internet Transfer
1. Details will be given via email for choosing this Funds Transfer / Internet Transfer option. (POSB Savings /UOB Savings account)
2. Please note that all transactions are in SGD.
3. Items will shipped out ONLY after we have received full payment from the buyer.
Ps: Kindly inform us via email at mylittleshoppingplace@yahoo.com after payment has been sent to us.

When to Make Payment For In-Stock items:
1. After confirmation of order, full payment will have to be make via bank transfer or cash when meet up.

For Pre-Ordered items:
1. Full payment have to be collected to confirm the order.
2. Any amount will only be refund if the items buyer ordered is out of stock. In which only, full amount for the item/s out of stock will be refunded to the buyer.


What are the Delivery methods?

By Normal Postage/Registered Mailing
1. Items will be post out after receiving full payment from the buyer and within 3 working days upon confirmation of order.
2. Postage fees will be borned by the buyer
3. Registered mail is recommended as we will NOT be responsible for any lost / damaged items on the way of delivery.
4. Buyer will be informed via email after items has been sent.

By Meet up/Self-Collection Meeting venue will only be at MRT station, either Toa Payoh or Tampines.
Other places can be arranged, with a fee, depending on the location


Postage Charges

Normal mail
1st item: SGD$1.50 to $2.00
Subsequent item at an addition of SGD$1.00 each

Registered mail
Just add an additional S$2.24 to the above.


Return & Exchange
1. Items sold are NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable.
2. All items will be checked before sending out, thus no faulty items will be send out to our customers.
3. Return/Exchange of item must be made within 3 days from the date of receiving the goods, ONLY when wrong items has been sent to you.
4. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with their tags on if any.
5. Exchange items are subject to availability.


Cancellation
No amendments or cancellations can be make once order is confirmed.

My Little Shopping Place reserve the right to cancel the orders when any one of the following occurs:
1. the payment is not received within 3 days upon confirmation of orders.
2. the items buyer ordered is out of stock.
3. the buyer does not turn up for collection, unless we have been informed 1day in advance.
4. close/extend/cancel any spree at any point of time depending on response.
Any amount paid will be FULLY refunded to you upon such cancellation.
